When I was growing up, I drew a lot and wanted to be an artist. I taught myself how to use a free version of Photoshop so I could do graphic design, and later on I picked up painting. Then, the real world hit, and I ended up going to college to become an engineer, and then again to become a programmer.
Even though I don't draw as much as I used to, I never felt like I was any less of an artist. I'm now at a place in my life where I'm ready to express myself artistically again, and cookie decorating is one of my outlets. I don't run Raybo Cookies as my primary source of income or because I need extra money. It's purely as an expression of myself. Not only do I want my cookies to look good, I want them to taste good, too. Even if you don't order any cookies, I hope you're able to find a cookie I made that you really like!
